Welcome to Advocate Suite. By accessing or using our website or platform (advocatesuite.co.zm), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of the Platform

Advocate Suite is a digital legal practice management system developed and owned by TAS TECH INNOVATIONS. It is designed for law firms, legal professionals, and corporate legal teams in Zambia. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, in accordance with Zambian laws and professional ethical standards.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the system, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Data Protection and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All client data, legal documents, and account information stored in Advocate Suite are encrypted and hosted on secure Zambian-based servers. We will never share your data without consent. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

4. Intellectual Property

All system code, interfaces, features, documentation, and branding are the intellectual property of TAS TECH INNOVATIONS. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell any portion of the system without written authorization.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features of Advocate Suite may require a paid subscription. Pricing is available on the official Plans page. All payments are billed in Zambian Kwacha and are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms, misuse the system, or compromise its security.

7. System Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% system uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

TAS TECH INNOVATIONS shall not be held liable for any losses, delays, or damages arising from your use or inability to use Advocate Suite, including data loss or third-party interruptions.

9. Modifications to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform .

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from the use of Advocate Suite shall be resolved in Zambian courts.
